Stacey's journey in massage therapy began in 1997 when she went to Equissage, an equine massage school in the foothills of the VA mountains.  She spent the next 9 years as an equine therapist before attending the Florida School of Massage in the fall of 2006.  After graduation she immediately enrolled in a 200 hour sports massage certification program. It was there she discovered a passion for learning and discovery of the human body and the science behind massage.  That inquinsitive spark took her next to complete a certification in Orthopedic massage which would ultimately become the foundation for her career.  The next big step in her journey was becoming a personal trainer.    Although her time as a trainer was brief, it gave her an edge and an even deeper understanding of the body.  She still uses the knowledge gained from training in her daily practice whether from just being able to understand the mechanism behind an injury or suggest stretches and excercises to help a client get to the next level.  

The most recent passion Stacey is pursuing is barefoot massage.  She gets to utilize all the same amazing techniques she's been using, but now with the added and sustained pressure of her body weight through the feet.  In particular, Sarga added a whole new element.  She feels the efficacy of her treatments hit new heights with the added myofascial release work.  As per her style, all her training and years of practice gets hybridized and customized for each individual client.

Keith is a 2013 graduate of theFlorida School of Massage in Gainesville, FLorida.  He received certification from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  Keith arrived in Gainesvlle 37 years ago to be a Florida Gator under a football sholarship.  He settled in the area after helping Florida win its first SEC Championship under Charley Pell.  Keith got married and had two children, who as athletes in their respective sports have greatly benefited from massage.  Keith's love of massage and how beneficial it was to him started during his time as an athlete at UF.  He gained much knowledge and experience through his private practice and working closely with Gator ahtletes.  Keith has also worked with Nova University and Miami of Ohio swimteams over the past 3 years as well as other ACC and SEC sports teams.  His strong sports masssage background doesn't limit his ability to address non athletic client's issues, as there are many similarities.  Keith has had training in Manual Ligament Therapy as well as experience using a variety of different techniques and modalities to help relieve his clients of acute and chronic pain and help clients feel more relaxed to alleviate stress and bring about positive results.

Even though there may be similarities between patients with soft tissue issues he doesn't approach every issue or client the same.  Keith kept his dream of becoming a massage therapist and is excited that he will be able to help contribute to your quality of life.
